If you do not know your size or suitable width, you can follow the following instruction to measure your feet. We will support you to find your size:
1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor, stepping your foot on it, making sure you are wearing the socks you would be using with the shoes you are going to purchase. Draw on the paper the contour of your both feet using a pencil. It is better to ask someone to do it for you.
2. Draw 2 horizontal parallels markings, one on the heel side and the second on the front end of the foot. Measure the length of the foot with a measuring tape or a ruler. Do it for both feet.
3. To measure the width of the foot, locate the widest part of it. Surrounding all the foot with a measuring tape, obtain the width of the foot. If you do not have measuring tape, use a string. then measure the string with a ruler.

We ship worldwide free of charge using trusted international carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, and Swiss Post.

Production lead time depends on the product. We offer three production options: 3 working days, 8 working days, and 3 to 6 weeks.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes around 3 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Orders are shipped from the European Union and Switzerland. Import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility, except for orders shipped within the European Union and Switzerland.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For size exchanges, we will gladly cover the shipping cost of sending you the new size. To support you further, the return shipping cost you paid may be issued back to you as store credit for your next purchase.

Yes, we have large size shoes/boots. For men we offer sizes up to 51EU, 18US and 17UK. EE and EEE wide shoes are available.

Are all products customizable?
Most MERRIMIUM products are customizable. However, Limited Edition products are sold as displayed and cannot be customized.
Are your products handmade?
Our shoes, bags, belts, and accessories are handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium materials and traditional craftsmanship techniques. The patina is full handmade job takes around 8 hours to be made by an expert.
What is patina leather?
Patina leather is a hand-applied artistic leather finish that creates depth, richness, and unique color variations. Because each patina is applied by hand, every piece has its own individual character.
Will my customized product look exactly like the online preview?
The online preview is designed to represent your selected design as accurately as possible. However, because our products are handcrafted using natural leather and hand-applied finishes, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These details are part of the uniqueness of each MERRIMIUM piece. Moreover, like any other online shopping, the colour of the product you receive can be slightly different from the website photo due to your device (mobile, taptop, PC etc.) screen setting.
Do you offer matching shoes and belts?
Yes. MERRIMIUM offers matching shoes and belts, allowing you to create a refined and coordinated look.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because many MERRIMIUM products are made to order or customized, changes and cancellations may not be possible once production has started, usually after 24h.
Do you offer fast-delivery products?
