This was my third order and will be more. The quality of the boots is amazing. I want to thank customer service (Stefano) who helped me to find a perfect fit. Plus thank you for the two sets of insoles you sent as agift. The only problem I have is delay in whatsapp response due to the time difference between US and Switzerland. Would be good if you could have 24h support.
