So I am worried about ordering customs made shoes again. But MERRIMIUM began communicating with me via Whatsapp, and was very accomodattive, personalized, and delivered my shoes 8 days later. Boots are ok but they do not have a high gloss finish like in the advertisement
Dear Ray, Thank you for your feedback. Your boots are hand painted recently by artist. If we make a strong glossy finish the longevity of the colour and water proof will drastically reduce in long term. Some brands does that at the cost of customer to make them happy but as honesty is corner stone of our relation with customers we did not do it. After a month, you have a robust hand painting on a top quality leather. You can apply glossy polish again and again during years.

I love the pattern on the shoes. They are not the same color as the picture advertised. That’s a disappointment. The ones that I received are more red. I was wanting more brown.
