1.Β Place a sheet of paper on the floor, stepping yourΒ foot on it, making sure you are wearing the socks youΒ would be using with the shoes you are going to purchase.Β Draw on the paper the contour of your both feet usingΒ a pencil. It is better to ask someone to do it for you.
2.Β Draw 2 horizontal parallels markings, one on the heel sideΒ and the second on the front end of the foot. MeasureΒ the length of the foot with a measuring tape or a ruler. Do it for both feet.
3.Β To measure the width of the foot, locate the widest part of it. Surrounding all the foot with a measuringΒ tape, obtain the width of the foot. If you do not have measuring tape, use a string. then measure the string with a ruler.
