If you do not know your size or suitable width, you can follow the following instruction to measure your feet. We will support you to find your size:
1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor, stepping your foot on it, making sure you are wearing the socks you would be using with the shoes you are going to purchase. Draw on the paper the contour of your both feet using a pencil. It is better to ask someone to do it for you.
2. Draw 2 horizontal parallels markings, one on the heel side and the second on the front end of the foot. Measure the length of the foot with a measuring tape or a ruler. Do it for both feet.
3. To measure the width of the foot, locate the widest part of it. Surrounding all the foot with a measuring tape, obtain the width of the foot. If you do not have measuring tape, use a string. then measure the string with a ruler.

A bit more casual than the oxford, the Derby Shoes features an open lacing system, with the quarters sewn on top of the vamp. This limited edition is made from high-grade crust calf. The leather is hand painted and finished by our artisans with a splendid taupe stone patina pattern. A light taupe base with shades of forest olive and brown masterfully mixed using sponges. The pair features a cognac leather sole, full-calf brown inner lining, and brown laces. It's produced using our most famous shoe last, the Zurigo last, which features a round toe for a classic English look.

Should I pay for customs tax and duties?
Yes. We ship the product from Euro zone and Switzerland. Each country has different regulation regarding import tax and duties. You are responsible to pay any custom clearance, tax and duties required by the customs agency of your country except in European Union, US, Canada and Switzerland.
If the product is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged all cost of shipping and refund the remaining amount.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?
Yes, you should pay for the shipping costs of returning products, unless otherwise stated. In the case of exchange due to the fitting issue, we will gladly cover the shipping cost of the new size.
If you are shipping back an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
