The Jodhpur name has been naturally chosen for this model, which over time has become a great men's shoemaking classic.

Artisan Handmade Patina is basically the hand painting of the shoe leather so that the upper part of the shoe becomes a piece of art. The Patina artist applies multiple layers of leather dye, oil, and pigments to create an antique, unique, and eye-catching finishing. It is a specialty of ITALIAN and FRENCH maestro shoemakers. It takes about 8-10 hours of work per pair for a master to create Patina on high-quality leather with fine pores.

    What is your MOQ (Min Order Quantity)?

    The MOQ varies depending on the shoe styles. The Minimum MOQ for most of the styles is 10.

    Is it possible to receive samples?

    Surely. To receive the sample(s), you should order the shoes at our retail price with special discount. Please fill in below form to receive special discount. The price you pay will remain as deposit with us. If you decided not to buy, your can return the products in original condition and receive a refund. For stores in Switzerland we can arrange on-site presentation depending on the location. Please note that if you order a sample or samples, the sample(s) will not be counted as a part of MOQ. It means if the MOQ is 10 and you have already received one sample, you still need to order 10 shoes.

    Is it possible to order shoes that are on the website but do not exist in Wholesale collection?

    Absolutely. After finishing the approval process, please send us the SKU number (which can be found at the top of the price on the product page) or the web link. We will come back to you with MOQ and Price.

    Is it possible to order shoes that we design ourselves in your 3D online software?

    Sure. After finishing the approval process, please send us the link of the shoes you have designed in our 3D online tool.

    PAYMENT

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    It is possible to pay with PayPal, Credit card, and Bank transfer. Payment should be made at the same time of placing the order. If you prefer to pay with bank transfer, please contact us to receive discount. For merchants in Switzerland, Lichtenstein and national and international online shops and retailers, we can arrange different payment terms.

    Should I pay for customs tax and duties?

    Yes. Buyer is fully responsible for all import Tax and Duty of the destination country except in the European Union, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. In case the tax and duty are not paid by the buyer and the order is returned to us, the order will be available in our warehouse in Switzerland, Portugal, Italy or Spain to be picked up for two weeks. If the buyer fails to arrange the pickup, he/she will be refunded partially after subtracting all associated cost and expenses such as shipping, storage and manufacturing cost.

    Refund and Exchange Policy:

    Once the ordered confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

    We do strict quality check. If case the product has a defect, it will be exchanged after going through our exchange process. Customer shall contact our customer service before sending the product back. Before sending back your product please contact us through the form below or send an email to customer.service@merrimium.com for the instruction and return authorization code. Please do not send back any item to our warehouse without authorization code as we cannot accept it

    Acceptance of refunded products is subjected to the approval of our expert. Once the refunded item is received and inspected by our experts, we will send you a notification email about the result of it. If the refund complies with above-mentioned refund policies after inspection, your refund process will be done to the original method of payment. We will start the refund process immediately but the refund duration depends on your bank and your Credit Card Company.

    Customs Tax & Duties:

    Buyers outside of European Union and Switzerland are responsible to pay Tax and Duties based on the destination country. If the product is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, the package will be kept in our warehouse for one month for the buyer to arrange delivery. The buyer is also legally liable to pay for the expenses occurred. In any case no refund is accepted.
