First off this is my second time ordering from Merrimium my wife and I have four pairs of shoes now. I am blown away by the quality and craftsmanship each pair was exactly as I ordered and designed on their website even down to the soles. My wife who is not easily impressed was amazed we love the idea of creating your own style of quality shoes thanks Merrimium you do a fantastic job and got my order in time for Christmas .If you want high amazing looking shoes and design to your own personal style this is the place . The shoes are incredbile, under every aspect. Comfort, structure, finishing, aesthetics. Not one single flaw.
And I almost got engaged with the customer service operator, as our Whattsapp discussion to help me find my correct size was more populated than the one with my actual girlfriend.
Great support, despite my weird feet shape, and at the end we got the right one. They even added a few more insoles to try different size corrections.
I can't wait to by the next one. Thanks.
